How Can I return the Items if I Don’t Like Them?

You choose to return the items if you don’t satisfied with them within 30 days from your receipt date.

1.Please make sure the items you wanna return is in a re-saleable condition(original undamaged package, attached brand label and haven’t been worn or washed)

2.Please make sure the items are well-packed when posting back, customer may be responsible when we received a damaged back items. Strongly Recommend for a proof of postage for safety.

3.The return shipping fee need charged by customers.

4.Refunds will generally be processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned items.

5.The full refund=purchasing price-carriage price. The refund will be returned after the items received iare in accordance with our requests above, if damaged, relevant lost will be asked from customer.

What If I Got Faulty or Damaged Items?

1.If you got a faulty or damaged items of your order, contacts us within 15 days from your receipt date. And we can offer you either a full refund(including carriage fee) or replacement.  We will offer the reimbursement of the posting back fee when postage receipt is provided.

2.Return Address: Just return the items to the original posting address.

3.The money will be refund withing 7 days after we received the returned item which in good condition.

4.For reimbursement , we will offer $15 discount of any product in our shop.

5.Please attention, contact us up within 15 days from your receipt date. Beyond 15 days, we will assume that the items arrived correctly and no reimbursement will be offer.
